Some will say there is not a simple prescription to prevent disease, ensure longevity and improve one’s overall health, I respectfully disagree. There may not be a single pill that solves our health concerns; however, there is a basic solution found in one’s lifestyle: a way of life rooted in nutrition and exercise.
I can help make this prescription of nutrition and exercise realistic, fun and obtainable.
